Maria is the Records Department Team Leader for the national law firm McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP and has been working in the field of records management for the firm for nearly 20 years. Maria holds a certificate in the Archival Practices Program from George Brown College and graduated with distinction from the Records Management Program - Faculty of Information, at the University of Toronto. Throughout Maria's career, she has been involved in the process of improving the firm's archival management and is currently working on the development and implementation of a firm-wide Records Management Program combining both electronic and paper records.

Adele Pantusa - Vice-President and Meeting Chair & Elections
Adele Pantusa is Senior Legal Counsel for Hydro One Networks Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and received a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1990 from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1995. Cathy is the Corporate Services Lead for the Canada Media Fund. She graduated for the University of Toronto with a Bachelors Degree and has

George Sparrow - Treasurer
As principal and founder of DATANET imaging systems inc., George Sparrow has 23 years of experience in the information technology field. Before incorporating DATANET George supported marketing and sales efforts with CSI (Currency Systems International) as Director of International Marketing with responsibility for Spain, Portugal, England, Canada, Mexico Central and South America as well as Southeast Asia.
George was responsible for marketing CSI's currency automation platform of technology, used by central banks. Unisys Canada moved George and his family from Alberta to Ontario 23 years ago, at Unisys George was responsible for marketing and support of the imaging and remittance processing initiatives nationally. George Sparrow has been an active member of the document and cheque imaging community since the incorporation of DATANET in 1997. He resides in Toronto, Ontario.

Jerry Kofsky - Relations Director Beginning in 1998 Jerry held a position as District Manager with a global corporate emergency services provider, Munters Moisture Control Services for over ten years until joining FirstOnSite Restoration L.P. in September 2008. Robert Gerbrandt - Program Director Rob is Vice President, Information Management and eDiscovery with KPMG Canada's Information Management Services group. Helen Hobson - Marketing Director Helen has over 20 years experience in the field of Records and Information Management. Her private sector experience includes File Bank, Alliance Atlantis, Tab Canada - Consulting. While with the public sector, she worked for the Liquor Control Board (LCBO), and is currently with the City of Toronto in the Toronto Building Division.
After graduating from George Brown College with Records Management Certification, she became an ARMA member and shortly thereafter decided to lend a hand on the newsletter as Advertising Coordinator and Associate Editor. Each year she volunteered on organization committees for the ARMA Annual Educational Seminars. Helen had held several ARMA Board positions in the past and most recently Helen has held the Board positions: Communications and Newsletter, currently she Marketing Director for the Toronto Chapter. In the past she took on the challenge of the Hospitality Chair for the ARMA International Conference.
Helen has volunteered in her community where she held the position of V.P. of External Affairs with the St. Lawrence Neighbourhood Association (SLA); as well, she participated on the committee for their annual community picnic. Helen is an avid boater and a recent graduate of the Power Squadron courses and has offered herself to volunteering with the Etobicoke Power Squadron.
The fear of public speaking happens to everyone and the only way to overcome it was to join toastmasters - Helen is a Member of the Metro Hall Toastmasters - and has held the position as VP Membership 2009-2010 season and recently held the position as President - 2008-2009 season (elected after a the current Club President Puxing Lu left the club early in the season, for new job in Scarborough). She has also achieved her CL Competent Leadership within Toast Masters.

John Végh is the founder of Xact Solutions Group Inc., a consulting firm established in 1993, that assists clients in defining business needs and requirements, with a view to deploy enterprise content management (ECM) strategies and technology initiatives.
John has worked in Information Management, Information Technology (ICT), and ECM for 25 years now - and has the experience and understanding of how and why organizations must move toward the digital business environment and social media. He has consulted on and implemented 1000's of enterprise application and information business systems with Fortune 500 companies including Hyland Software, Xerox, HP, Eastman Software, Oracle, EMC, Microsoft, and 9 years with Open Text.
In June 2011 John embarked on a new mission as co-founder of Concena, an Open Source company focusing on affordable ECM solutions.
John has held board and committee positions and conducted very successful relationship management practices with organizations including AIIM International, ARMA, CITO, CSfT, GTEC, the eContent Institute, and CompTia.
John founded the AIIM 1st Canadian Chapter and served as president for 2 years. He also served on the AIIM International Board, AIIM Presidents Advisory Committee and AIIM International Finance Committee.
John also served on the Advisory Committee of CompTia's CDIA+ certification training program and trained over 500 on the CDIA+ certification education course.
As of June 1st, 2005, John was appointed to the Toronto Chapter of ARMA's Board serving as the Director and Project Manager for the annual Information Management Symposium.

Mohammed Ahmad - Director Newsletter
Mumtaz (Mohammad) graduated in November 2010 with a master's degree in Library and Information Sciences (MISt). Among his achievements at the Faculty of Information (iSchool), Univeristy of Toronto is to serve as Class Representative and Student Member of the Admissions Committee.
Previously he holds a master's degree (MLISc) in Library and Information Sciences with distinction as a University Gold Medalist (highest academic distinction) from the University of Peshawar. He has over three years of working experience in Records and Information Management with both public and private sectors.
Mumtaz attends ARMA annual conferences, seminars, socials and professional development programs. He was awarded Youth Professional Leadership Award at the Charlottetown Conference, Prince Edward Island.

Mark Anthony Grysiuk is currently a Security and Records Management Specialist for Research In Motion.
Mark has been in the field of Information Management for over ten years, working as a technical writer and documentation specialist for clients such as Rogers Business Solutions, John Hancock Retirement Plan Services and the Ministry of Public Safety and Security. He has an Electronic Records Management (ERM) Masters Designation, a Technical Communication certificate from George Brown College and a Diploma in Recording Arts Management from Harris Institute for the Arts.
