If you will be unable to attend an event for which you have already registered we ask that you take the time to cancel your registration by the cancellation date.
If you fail to cancel your registration by 5pm on the Cancellation Date you will be invoiced for the event. Cancellation for events paid using PayPal will be refunded by cheque less the PayPal surcharge of 3.75 percent. If necessary, cancel your Registration by contacting Programs no later than the specified date.
Students please contact Public Relations. The current price settings for chargeable Chapter events is $35 for members, $65 for non-members and $20 for students. Certain events will be free, and in this case, the Event Payment Option choice on the Event Registration form will clearly state the event is free for members, non-members and students.
