Led the piloting of the implementation of SharePoint 2007 within IT including the Information Management Automation processes. This is now being rolled out Company-wide.

Designed and built Computer Based Training Programs to teach Records Management to create awareness for employees on how to do it. So effective that other internal clients came to us (my team became the defacto CMS development team for the Company).

Designed and implemented a new intranet content management system still in use today resulting in the removal of over 500 independent internal branch websites.

Re-designed the document security identifier program for AECL, which included the design of a tool that was distributed company wide (document security wheel). This wheel had the entire procedure in one hand-held device. The project was submitted to the Silver Leaf initiative for an award.

Led IT Project Management initiatives (COGNOS, Implementation of EMS systems (PeopleSoft), re-designing QA Procedural system and many others
